The goal of the Plainfield Zoning Administrator is to assist you with your zoning permits and development approvals. Assistance includes review of existing property zoning record, review of applicable regulations, and guidance regarding other approvals that may need to be obtained. Zoning Access Permit Application - Permit applies only to access from a town road/highway Plainfield Permit Application Fees If you are on the Town's Water/Wastewater system, a Change of Use Form is also required. Adding a driveway to your property, or changing the existing use of a driveway (for instance, from Agricultural to Residential), instead requires the Access permit approved by the Road Foreman and by the Zoning Administrator. The fee for a Road Access Permit is $20. Zoning Permits Granted
